More than 50 people have now taken ownership of their new homes at The Filaments development and have started to move in.
Designed by architects Rolfe Judd, The Filaments, with its 340 private one, two, three and four-bed apartments, forms a key part of the £1bn Wandsworth town centre regeneration project. Launched in May 2013, apartments in Copperlight are now almost sold-out.

Joe Koszulinski and Katie Merry, who bought an apartment at The Filaments with support of the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, told us: “Staying in the SW postcode was very important to us, and we loved The Filaments because of its location.”
