Mitsui Fudosan, and its development partner Stanhope, have signed Helical Bar and BlueMountain Capital as new tenants at 5 Hanover Square,
leaving one floor remaining to let at this prime Mayfair development.
The Squire & Partners designed building comprises 47,500 square foot over six upper floors. Contemporary international art gallery specialist Blain Southern occupy the ground and lower ground floor space. The development also has five apartments which are separately accessed from Hanover Street with the penthouse apartment enjoying a rooftop terrace.
