Over half of the 190 apartments in the high-rise development on London's City Road have sold just four months after launch, reports The Telegraph.
The developers are releasing flats on its 16th and 17th floor months ahead of schedule in order to meet demand. They are on sale with Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank from £520,000 to £1,255.000 and they range between 38 sq m for a studio and 95 sq m for a two bedroom apartment.
