Dollar Bay

Mount Anvil and One Housing Group have today launched 121 spectacular new homes at Dollar Bay.

The 31-storey residential tower designed by Ian Simpson is located on the South Quay in the Isle of Dogs – overlooking Canary Wharf – and offers spectacular views of the City and the Thames which are unhindered by neighbouring buildings.

Jon Hall, Sales & Marketing Director at Mount Anvil, said: “Dollar Bay is a stunning addition to one of London’s most vibrant areas. Canary Wharf’s evolution over the last few years as a place to both live and work has been remarkable. It is now one of the hottest places in London to live and Dollar Bay, with its amazing views, offers a fantastic opportunity to purchase a home in this exciting area.”

Alan Williams, Group Development Director at One Housing Group, added: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Mount Anvil again. Dollar Bay, with its striking design, is a flagship scheme with uninterrupted waterfront views over Canary Wharf.”

Each home features Mount Anvil’s signature considered design with floor-to-ceiling windows, luxurious bathrooms complete with double-ended baths, sleek kitchens with high-gloss handleless units and top-of-the-line Siemens appliances. Enclosed winter gardens offer year-round ‘outdoor’ space with adjustable louvered windows providing residents with spectacular views all year round.

Dollar Bay also offers residents a 24-hour concierge service, private lounge, residents’ garden, gymnasium, and cycle storage. Thirty basement car park spaces are also being created.

The glass façade of Dollar Bay has been designed specifically to reflect and extend both the water and the sky. On the western façade, the winter garden louvres incline inwards and outwards to create a cascade, emulating a waterfall streaming into the dock.

The scheme will be complete by mid-2017, and represents the second joint venture between One Housing Group and Mount Anvil.
