Westminster City Council has granted permission for:
Erection of mansard roof extension, replacement of windows, and installation of 4 air conditioning units at main roof level in connection with the use of first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors for residential purposes (Class C3) (3 x studios and 1 x 2 bed flats).
