New planning application submitted for:
Use as a single family dwelling (Class C3). Erection of a single storey extension at rear first floor level with mansard over and above existing rear first floor level wing. Erection of roof extension to provide third floor accommodation. External alterations to include alterations to fenestration and the creation of new railings and footings with access gates to front and side of the property (amendments to planning permission RN:11/11369/FULL dated 4 June 2013).
