The final stages of demolition and preparation of The Monument Building development site are currently underway, before construction of the MAKE-designed building commences, reports Skanska.
The building will provide 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation over 9 floors, with stunning roof terraces and iconic feature façade.
Centrally located opposite Monument tube station and within a short walk of both the heart of the City and vibrant South Bank, the building will enhance this historic location, which is most widely recognised as the origin of the Great Fire of London.
