Fairview New Homes is making more than £630,000 in contributions to the local community as part of Aqua development in Manor House.

Aqua, which is located between Green Lanes and Stoke Newington’s New River and West Reservoir, will comprise a selection of superb 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The development was launched in January and construction work is now underway.

As part of the planning agreement for the scheme, Fairview will contribute £164,564 towards education and libraries locally.

A contribution of £108,150 will be made for healthcare, £53,412 will be spent on highways, and a further £10,623 will fund community facilities.

A total of £125,000 will be spent on public realm improvements and £112,576 will go towards the New River path, while a £38,000 contribution will be made to Transport for London.

In addition to the £636,399 of contributions to be made under the planning agreement for Aqua, Fairview will make a £113,699 payment under the Community Infrastructure Levy scheme. The money will fund local infrastructure to support the new development.

Jim Holliday, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview New Homes, said: “We’re thrilled to be building our collection of new apartments at Aqua. The contributions we make as part of this development will help to enhance local infrastructure for the benefit of our residents at Aqua and residents in the wider community.

“Work is now well underway on site and we look forward to Aqua starting to take shape in the near future.”

There's a selection of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments priced from £437,750 at Aqua. For more information visit www.fairview.co.uk.
