The refurbishment and remodelling works at 108 Cannon Street have begun, reports Chorus.
The works consist of the full strip-out of the building, demolition of the existing 6th floor, construction of a new 6th and 7th floor, extension works to the rear of the building, formation of a double height reception, full Cat A fit-out including mechanical and electrical systems and associated plant complete with new lift installations.
