The Junction development in Brixton launched on the 28th of February with great success demonstrating increased buyer demand in the Brixton area, reports Site Sales.
"It launched on the 28th of February 2015. We had in excess of 102 people who enquired for both tenures with 48 visitors to the marketing suite, we took 19 applications on the newly released Mayors Housing Covenant (MHC) homes and 6 reservations on the outright sale."
