The new office development Ampersand has been let to King Digital Entertainment, reports Hanover Green.

The Ampersand building is owned by Hong Kong investor the Peterson Group, which agreed a £121m deal in 2013 to forward-fund the office development with Resolution acting as development manager. Hanover Green acted on the sale and with the Resolution team, helped to create the development opportunity by securing vacant possession of all the upper floor space.

Asking rents in the building, which launched in April, ranged from £75 per sq ft on the first floor floor to £85 per sq ft for the 4th floor that includes a terrace. A move into Ampersand allows King, to consolidate its two existing offices in London at the Seven Dials Warehouse in Covent Garden and Central Saint Giles near Tottenham Court Road.

Hanover Green represented Resolution and The Peterson Group on the letting.
