Savills has agreed a letting to Healthcare Advisory firm Bolt Partners LLP at No.1 Portland Place.
The firm has agreed a new three-year lease on 3,513 sq ft (326 sq m) across part ground and lower ground floors.
Freddie Corlett, associate director in the West End agency team at Savills, comments: “No.1 Portland Place is a superbly located office building situated moments from Oxford Circus, opposite the BBC, and close to several other healthcare related occupiers. The accommodation was available on a sub-lease which satisfied Bolt Partners requirement for flexibility.”
