Bregal Capital have taken 5,364 sq ft of additional office space at 17 Connaught Place in addition to their existing offices at Michelin House in Fulham Road, SW3, reports Hanover Green.
The rent on the 2nd floor offices is £72.50 psf. The owners WELPUT are due to complete the sale of the long leasehold of the property shortly.
Hanover Green acted for Bregal Capital on the acquisition.
