Regent Street’s office scheme 7 Air Street has secured the first letting.
International consulting and professional services firm, Eden McCallum LLP, will move its UK HQ from Kensington to Regent Street, as the first company to sign up to Offices By Regent Street’s 7 Air Street office scheme.
The 46,000 ft2 BREEAM 2011 Outstanding office refurbishment, forms part of The Crown Estate’s £1 billion investment in our Regent Street portfolio.
