Upcoming milestones at 19-27 Young Street:
The next phase of work will focus on the installation of site cabins and crane erection on site to mid-April. The team will also continue piling and work on the substructure.
- Further installation of the piling
- Ongoing Substructure works
- Steelwork is being erected and will be completed by the second week of March.
- New hoarding will be erected once the gantry steel has now been installed.
- The gantry will allow four welfare cabins to go up across two floors. This will require the temporary closure of the footpath for approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
- Welfare units will be set up on Saturday 5th March. The site will be open for site cabin installation between 8.00am and 1.00pm.
- A crane will be delivered and erected on site on Tuesday 12th April. As the crane will be installed on site a temporary road closure is no longer needed.
