The Drivers Jonas Deloitte brand has been withdrawn from the market. The new web address is: www.deloitterealestate.co.uk.

Andy Rothery, head of Deloitte Real Estate, said: “Complex and fast changing markets mean clients increasingly need more than pure property advice. Our advisers identify and react quickly to shifting industry trends, regulatory or technology developments and changes in consumer behaviour, all of which impact investment decisions or the way businesses use their physical space.”

The practice continues to win projects because of the unmatched services on offer including advising iCITY on its Broadcast Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Richard Gibbs, iCITY's business director, said: “Deloitte Real Estate is a unique organisation. It combines the specific professional skills of a long established major surveying practice with intellectual and organisational capabilities. The development of the iCITY proposal has benefitted enormously from this combination.”

Rothery concludes: “A new identity is just the beginning of what we have planned for our combined practice. I’m excited for what we can offer our clients as opportunities keep presenting themselves. We’re adopting new ways of engaging the wider Deloitte business to ensure we offer these broad capabilities and add value.”
