Lambert Smith Hampton LSH

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) to advise on the council's £800m property portfolio and asset management strategy.

LSH will assist the council in carrying out reviews of the portfolio and will be a partner in the delivery of cost savings, efficiencies and new opportunities.

Tim Shaw of LSH said: “Our appointment demonstrates the council’s commitment to driving efficiencies through its property holdings and realising the potential in terms of development and regeneration opportunities. We are very much looking forward to working with the council and its partner organisations over the course of the next few years.”
