Kinleigh Folkard Hayward has announced the opening of three new branches in London.

The new West and South West London located offices are in Holland Park, Brook Green and Raynes Park, and form part of the Group’s expansion plans to open an additional twenty branches over the next five years.

The expansion plans have already seen six new branches open since 2010 while an additional three are scheduled to open before the end of 2013.

Holland Park

The Holland Park branch offers both sales and lettings and is managed by Sales Manager, Simon Corringham and Lettings Manager, Michael Palmer. Located on leafy Holland Park Avenue, the branch covers a large area which includes Holland Park, Notting Hill, Ladbroke Grove and High Street Kensington.

Brook Green

The Brook Green branch is purely dedicated to sales and is managed by previous Hammersmith Sales Manager, Ben Williams. Located in the heart of Brook Green village on Shepherd’s Bush Road the branch covers an area including Brook Green and Shepherd’s Bush.

Raynes Park

The Raynes Park branch serves both the sales and lettings markets and is managed by Sales Manager, Stewart Fisher and Lettings Manager, Samantha Allen. It is situated directly outside Raynes Park station on the bustling Coombe Lane, and covers an area in and around Coombe Lane, Grand Drive and the Twelve Apostles.
