Berkeley Group was named as one of Britain's most admired companies by business magazine Management Today.

Berkeley came 4th overall across all sectors, won the overall Quality of Management award, and came 2nd in the Inspirational Leadership category.

Berkeley Group's Chief Executive Rob Perrins commented: "We pride ourselves on building fantastic places and delivering great results, year in year out. For us, quality always comes first. It influences everything we do. This ranking reflects our passion for design, world class customer service and an amazing team of staff."

Over the last five years, Berkeley has built 19,000 homes and contributed over £2 billion to pay for affordable housing and community facilities. Berkeley's contribution to UK GDP in 2016 was £2.6 billion, up 21% from 2015 and the 8th consecutive year of growth. Berkeley has also recently launched new business commitments to go carbon positive and have 1,500 people in apprenticeships or vocational training by 2018.
