VOZA Developments reveals new projects in its prime London portfolio

Property investor and developer VOZA Developments has recently purchased a number of new properties in prime central London and the Home Counties, totalling c. £14 million in Gross Development Value (GDV).

The schemes include apartments and houses in Belgravia and Knightsbridge, which are all expected to complete in spring 2022. VOZA Developments is managing the entire process from construction to sales and marketing.

The developer’s track record includes 14 Cliveden Place, a Grade II duplex apartment in Belgravia, which sold within five days of launching onto the market.
