Vertus has hit the milestone of full occupancy at all three of its assets.

All three of their buildings comprising 1,137 units in total are now fully occupied following an unprecedented surge in demand for high-quality rental property in London in 2022.

Their first building at 10 George Street was launched almost three years ago in 2020 as Canary Wharf Group's first-ever Build-to-Rent building. The pet-friendly 8 Water Street opened in the autumn of 2020 and the flagship 58-storey Newfoundland with 636 apartments was completed in 2021.
