Developer Comer Homes has launched a dedicated affordable housing division called Dovepark Properties - a new arm for managing and maintaining over 200 units spread across the Group's residential developments throughout the UK.

The division’s first launch is 40 Affordable Rent units at Comer’s flagship Build-to-Rent development, Whyteleafe House in Surrey. The Initial uptake has been a success, with 10 qualifying applicants reserving homes in the first week of release.

Dovepark Properties also manages 12 apartments at Tower Point, a striking contemporary residential tower in Enfield, and four homes at Royal Winchester House, a development designed by SOM architects in Bracknell. An additional 28 Affordable units will be available soon in the popular riverside scheme, Mast Quay, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

In the pipeline are 43 shared ownership and affordable rent houses and apartments at Newland Park, Chalfont St Giles, a remarkable 300-acre private gated development.130 apartments will be available through shared ownership and affordable rent, at Royal Brunswick Park in New Southgate.

Looking ahead, Dovepark Properties is actively planning further units within its portfolio, which includes a collection of high-quality affordable homes within large-scale developments in Southend and Aberdeen.
