London-based boutique property developer, VOZA Developments, is marking a period of robust growth in both company stature and future projects. In a span of three years since its founding, its project GDV leapt from £3m to a commendable £32.5m.

The remarkable rise is credited mainly to VOZA’s strategy of building a strong in-house team, which includes a dedicated construction management division, currently overseeing projects worth over £7 million.

A significant multi-unit project is currently under construction, which will see VOZA deliver its first sizeable development in prime London, however, founders Alex Pope and Felix Langlois are eyeing further expansion, with the potential support of an investment partner. This partnership would support the company’s ambitions to source and deliver more development schemes in the heart of the city.

Most of our investment partners have reinvested their profits into the next scheme, which has allowed us to enhance our overall offering and capacity.

Underpinning VOZA's recent achievements is not only its new construction wing but also the expansion of its design team. Recent inclusions are Emilie Quesne (photo, right), formerly of Waldo Works and Michaelis Boyd, and Alfie Hope (photo, left), previously with Kohn Pedersen Fox. Both will operate from VOZA's newly minted headquarters on Great Marlborough Street, which will act as the lead design studio.

VOZA’s current pipeline features several high-profile private client projects, including a grand single residence in the heart of Mayfair, three apartments on Sloane Gardens and a duplex apartment on Montagu Square, whilst currently under construction for sale is a lateral apartment on Redcliffe Square, which will see VOZA deliver a combined £32.5 million GDV by the end of the year.
