Aitch Group, which currently has over 3,500 student beds across nine sites in London, will now operate under the YourTRIBE brand.

These sites, either already with planning permission or awaiting approval, represent the tangible growth of this partnership. At the helm of YourTRIBE's student accommodation division is Duncan Palmer, who brings with him valuable experience from his tenure at University College London.

Marking the beginning of this collaboration, YourTRIBE is set to unveil its first student scheme located on Ilderton Road in south Bermondsey by the end of 2023. This will soon be followed by another state-of-the-art PBSA development on Old Kent Road.
