Westminster Council has approved a direct award to Ridge and Partners LLP for conducting structural surveys on high-rise buildings in Little Venice, Westbourne, Pimlico South, Vincent Square, and Marylebone.

This decision is in accordance with the Fire Safety Act 2021 and Building Safety Act 2022, aiming to ensure building compliance and resident safety.

The appointment, facilitated through a framework agreement, involves surveys on 13 high-risk buildings, addressing urgent statutory requirements.
