Park Modern in Bayswater, London W2 tops Buildington’s Top 100 New Developments list as the details of the project are revealed.

Construction of the 57 apartments will start this autumn and is due to complete in date 3 years time in 2021, reported several newspapers today. Prices for the new homes across the road from Kensington Gardens are set to cost around £2m-30m.
The cost of the grand development by Fenton Whelan is £450m and also includes 30,000 sq ft of commercial space at the beginning of the renewed Queensway shopping street.
