The former Heythrop College site is redeveloped. Heythrop College, a member institution of the University of London since 1970, ceased operations on January 31, 2019.

The development comprises 3 private residential dwellings, extra care dwellings and associated care and communal facilities, a community hall and 5 affordable homes to provide additional community benefit.

Three townhouses on Kensington Square (currently known as part of 23 and 24 Kensington Square) will be reinstated. The existing college building (currently known as part of 23 Kensington Square) will be refurbished and converted into extra care use by Auriens Kensington. All other buildings on the site are demolished.
