Langley Square is a residential-led development by Weston Homes in Dartford DA1, Kent, England.

The final phase of 11 contemporary two-bedroom apartments was launched in December 2022.

Langley Square is a £185 million (GDV) regeneration of an industrial site dating back to 1852. The 11-acre mixed-use development provides 812 apartments and five commercial units, all designed around communal green spaces and the historic Mill Pond and River Darent, with the waterway wrapping around the southern aspect of the development.

The properties have high-performance thermally insulated windows and patio doors, helping to reduce heat loss and maximising natural warmth from solar gain. The thermal windows and doors are double glazed and are fitted into their surrounding wall panel to exacting specifications.

Built in 1852, the site has been regenerated into a desirable waterside village, creating a new community in the heart of Dartford. Langley Square comprises twelve residential buildings, each rising seven storeys high with contemporary brick façades and with the majority of apartments offering private balconies.
