No. 20 St James's Square was the residence of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother from 1906-1920. No.21 was rebuilt in 1936 and joined to No 20 when owned by the Distillers Company.
The building is Grade I listed together with No.21 St James's Square.
