Overview

The Ropeyards is a proposed development by Berkeley within the wider Royal Arsenal Riverside masterplan in Woolwich, London SE18.

Designed by PRP Architects, the development will deliver 663 high-quality homes, of which over 40% will be affordable.

The unit types include:
- 115 Affordable Rent homes, of which 25 are located offsite
- 101 Shared Ownership homes
- 90 Discount Market Sale homes
- 382 Private homes

The scheme includes 10,600 sq ft of commercial space which will create new jobs and boost the local economy.

There will be 4 acres of park with play space for all ages.

The Outline planning permission also includes Maribor Park, running through the centre of the Waterfront Masterplan provides a green link between Woolwich Town Centre and the River Thames.

The Ropeyards (Plots D & K) are the final phase of the Waterfront Masterplan at Royal Arsenal Riverside.
