1 Soho Place
1 Soho Place is a mixed-use development by Derwent London in London W1.
Part of the 285,000 sq ft Soho Place scheme that includes 209,000 sq ft offices, 36,000 sq ft retail and a 40,000 sq ft theatre.
The scheme was built above the Tottenham Court Road Crossrail and London Underground Station.
1 Soho Place has five retail units at One Oxford Street totaling 35,000 sq ft that sit over the ground, lower ground, and first floors.
Architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris have designed two striking buildings overlooking an attractive new public square that links Charing Cross Road to Soho Square.
The building stands on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road and incorporates the station entrance, along with retail space and offices over eight floors above.
Complementing this, to the south is a self-contained 350-seat theatre, with offices above.
The theatre has been designed in collaboration with Nica Burns and her company Nimax Theatres, a leading London operator, and offers a highly versatile performance space that promises to become a significant landmark within the West End's Theatreland.
Completed in February 2022.
