Overview

Beaufort Park is a new development by St George in Colindale, London NW9.

Since the acquisition of the former RAF aerodrome location in 2003, St George has converted Beaufort Park into a new neighbourhood of 3,337 homes, both private and affordable. The development also includes more than 90,000 square feet of commercial area, including amenities such as a nursery, pub, restaurants, cafes, shops, green areas, and pathways for walking and cycling.
