Overview

The Clearings is a residential-led mixed-use development in London SW3.

The scheme will comprise three buildings between four and nine storeys in height with a three-storey basement and landscaped areas.

The development will provide 78 ultra-prime apartments with private leisure facilities, concierge services, a residents’ business suite, secure basement parking and a retail unit.

The development funded the new Marlborough Primary School next door.

History

The former Dove House was demolished in 2021. All buildings on the site were demolished by 2022.

In 2015, some of the site was occupied by terraced houses, which were demolished in 1948.
