History

This development was launched by Barratt London on Thursday 12th March 2020.

It is not the first development by Barratt in the Wembley Park area. In 2017, Barratt completed the Wembley Park Gate apartment building.

2019 March - Planning permission was granted for:
Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 217 residential units and 789sqm of the affordable workspace (Use Class B1(c)) across the ground floor and first floor, in a new building ranging between 2 and 23 storeys together with associated infrastructure works including private and communal space, car parking, cycle storage and public realm improvements (revised description) subject to a Deed of Agreement dated 15th March 2019 under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended.
