The developer has submitted plans to reorganise the layout of the residential units and reduce the number of residential units to 113 residential units (Class C3) (1-5-bedroom apartments), reorganisation to basement levels and associated non-residential uses, increase the number of residential parking spaces at the basement level to 145 spaces, reconfigure the hotel use including an increase in the number of hotel rooms to up to 50 rooms, omission of public car park and reduction in of crèche and relocation to Porchester Road frontage.

The bowling alley is not in the plans nor will there be any office space.
