The owners of the Whiteleys development are set to propose amendments related to the internal arrangement of the existing planning consent granted in May 2017.

The proposed amendments to the existing planning consented scheme will take the form of a Section 73 planning application which will be submitted to Westminster City Council.

Key changes include:

- The residential unit number has increased from 129 to 153, but with only minor changes to the overall residential area.
- 14 Intermediate Affordable Housing units have been introduced along Redan Place.
- The townhouses along Redan Place have been converted into 14 private apartments. 4 new townhouses facing Porchester Court Garden are proposed
- The creche has been removed.
