Westminster Council has unanimously approved Reef Group's redevelopment plans for the car park underneath Cavendish Square in the Harley Street Conservation area.

The new development designed by URBANR will add ca 10,000m2 by extending the 3rd basement level and adding 4th level, taking the total space size to 26,000m2.

The scheme will improve the pedestrian access into the garden and enhance the view to the listed buildings. The central circle of the square remains completely untouched. The new main entrance is on the southern side.

The plans were approved at Westminster Council Planning Committee's first-ever online meeting (planning reference number is 19/08460/FULL).
