History
Cavendish Square was laid out in 1717 by Edward Harley, the 2nd Earl of Oxford, who was married to Lady Henrietta Cavendish Holles. This was the first phase of the Cavendish-Harley Estate north of Oxford Street.
Prior to the development in February 2020, the building underneath the square has 432 parking spaces, 7 disabled spaces, 6 electric charging points. The drive-through height is 1.95m.
