Overview

Cavendish Square is a world-first development blurring the boundaries of medical, retail and commercial space, set underneath Cavendish Square Gardens in Marylebone, London W1.

Cavendish Square offers accommodation for Hospitality industry on four levels from 10,000 to 250,000 sq ft with a dedicated entrance to Harley Street. The development has three distinct entrances.

2019 October - Planning application submitted for: Demolition and erection of above ground structures in conjunction with the change of use of underground car park (sui generis) to provide a flexible mixed use commercial development comprising A1-A5, B1, B2, B8, C1, C2, D1, D2 and Sui Generis uses along with additional excavation and structural adaptation to provide up to 25,953 sqm (GIA) of floorspace. History

Cavendish Square was laid out in 1717 by Edward Harley, the 2nd Earl of Oxford, who was married to Lady Henrietta Cavendish Holles. This was the first phase of the Cavendish-Harley Estate north of Oxford Street.

Prior to the development in February 2020, the building underneath the square has 432 parking spaces, 7 disabled spaces, 6 electric charging points. The drive-through height is 1.95m.
