Developer Avanton has made a series of new appointments to take the group’s sales, marketing and customer care teams in-house.

Former JLL Sales Manager Victoria Lauri has been appointed as Senior Sales Manager and former Savills Marketing Manager Olivia Caplan has been appointed as Marketing Manager.

David Ronson, Sales & Marketing Director of Avanton commented: “Our Coda development in Battersea is now 65% forward sold and has the highest sales rate of any new homes development in the local region. Since we have taken the sales function in-house our reservation and sales rate at Coda has actually risen by 20% so we know that it was the right move for the business. Our new in-house sales and marketing team will work on Avanton’s pipeline projects which include a series of large scale regeneration schemes in Inner London.”
