Developer Avanton has partnered with fitness influencer and TV personality Eyal Booker as their new fitness curator at Coda Battersea.

The state-of-the-art fitness studio and gym at Coda has officially opened this month, following the easing of lockdown restrictions. To celebrate the gym’s opening, 50 Coda residents are being offered a free one-month trial of fitness platform Empower by Eyal which offers 1-2-1 coaching, nutrition and workout support to kickstart their health and fitness journeys. As the new fitness curator for Avanton, Eyal will show residents how to maximise use of the gym equipment at Coda for their individual fitness goals as well as offering life coaching lessons to support wellbeing.

Launched in 2020, Empower by Eyal is an online coaching platform designed to help people become the best versions of themselves, with a holistic approach to health and fitness and focus on the mind-body connection. Through the platform, users can access personalised nutrition and fitness plans, life coaching lessons, weekly goal tracking, and the ability to directly message Eyal for advice and support. Designed as a ‘judgement free environment’, each plan is personalised to fit into individual lifestyles so that diet and nutrition become a healthy part of life, rather than a chore for users. The workouts guides can be tailored for use in a gym space or as a home workout, giving users flexibility to fit into their lifestyles.

The Avanton X Empower collaboration is the latest in an innovative marketing series directed at Coda’s core buyer demographic, young professionals who are drawn to the scheme’s high quality finishes and Zone 2 location in Battersea.

Previous campaigns saw Avanton work with social media influencers to ‘test drive’ Coda upon its practical completion last Autumn, with TikTok real estate agent Toby Albert-Corban to promote video tours on the social network, and with creative studio Como London to create ‘online shopping’ style 3D tours to help buyers select their apartments. As a result, Coda is over 85% forward sold, and was the best-selling new homes scheme in South West London last year.

David Ronson, Sales & Marketing Director at Avanton commented: “At Avanton we believe that every aspect of a development should be carefully considered for who the end-user will be. For the young professionals who are finding their dream homes at Coda, fitness and wellbeing is a priority. When we were looking at officially launching the gym at Coda it was essential to work with a role model who is recognisable to our buyers and who genuinely inspires and Eyal Booker is the perfect fit for our fitness curator role. Avanton is proud to be the first developer to directly work with a fitness influencer and offer this level of tailored coaching to our residents. It has been a pleasure to work with Eyal and we are excited for our residents to start their wellbeing journeys with his experienced coaching and support.”

Eyal Booker, Founder of Empower by Eyal said: “It is fantastic to be working closely with Avanton and offering the residents of Coda a chance to experience and benefit from Empower by Eyal. The lockdown restrictions have had an impact on people’s routines, mental health and ability to workout. With restrictions now gradually lifting, lots of people want to kickstart their health and fitness journey without knowing where to start. Fitness has had such a positive impact on my own life and I am motivated every day to help others be the best versions of themselves.”
