The new Visitor Pavilion on Claremont Way at Brent Cross Town has opened its doors to the visitors.

To celebrate the opening of the new Brent Cross Town Visitor Pavilion, a free series of small workshops and events are held from 1- 19 December 2021. Find out more at brentcrosstown.co.uk.

Designed by Moxon Architects, the Visitor Pavilion is the first building completed in Argent Related’s 180-acre Brent Cross South development.

The 8,000 sq ft temporary Visitor Pavilion will bring the vision of the future town centre development to life - its homes, workspaces, leisure and communal spaces.

The building materials used were low-impact, such as Glulam beams and Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) prefabricated panels chosen for the smaller embodied carbon footprint than more typical construction materials like steel or concrete, generating less waste and requiring shorter construction time.
