Sir Robert McAlpine has signed the contract to build One Broadgate.

The highly sustainable scheme is the fifth project to be delivered under the Broadgate Framework for British Land and GIC, such as 100 Liverpool Street and 1 Finsbury Avenue, and is one of the largest design and build schemes Sir Robert McAlpine has ever delivered in London.

This contract follows the award, back in February 2021, of the demolition and enabling contract at 1 Broadgate, for the 14-storey scheme comprising 500,000 sq ft of offices to upper levels with 46,000 sq ft of retail beneath.
