SMC Property has appointed CField as the main contractor for the 110-unit Quayside Gardens development.

CField will be responsible for the design and construction of the residential development, including external works, landscaping and ancillary areas.

The project includes all fit-out works, with the exception of offices at ground floor level, which will be provided to shell & core only.
