July 2022 66 Hammersmith photo update

We posted new photos of the 66 Hammersmith Road development where Tower Demolition is now on site.
The existing 7-storey building from 1986 comprises 8,762m2 GEA and 8,092m2 GIA of office space (Class B1).
According to the planning application submitted by DWD in November 2021 (Ref. No: 2021/03817/ADV, withdrawn), Big Yellow had commenced pre-application discussions with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in relation to alternative redevelopment proposals for the site.
Big Yellow Group plc purchased the site in 2021 for £26 million and is planning to submit a new application in summer 2022.
