The facility would comprise permanent floor space at lower ground, ground, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th and 9th-floor levels and fully demountable mezzanine floors on the remaining floors (3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th floors). Together, the proposed building will have the potential to provide a 24,441m² Gross Internal Area of self-storage floorspace including the community space and affordable workspace.
