Berkeley Square Developments has recently launched a public consultation on the future of Berol Yard and Berol House in Tottenham Hale.

The proposals see the historic Berol Quarter will be sensitively renovated and see its ground floor being activated with exciting new retail spaces and links to existing green spaces. Around 200 new homes, including affordable ones, will be provided at 2 Berol Yard. Alongside these proposed developments a new square with urban greening and water features will create a meeting space for Tottenham Hale and connect existing and new neighbourhoods.
