KanAm Grund Group has secured a resolution to grant planning consent from the City of London for Princes Court, its first redevelopment project in London.

Located directly opposite the Bank of England, and next to the luxury hotel The Ned, the 1960s office building at 7 Prince Street will be redeveloped to the highest sustainability standards, with numerous amenities on offer to future occupiers.

KanAm Grund Group acquired the asset in early 2019.
