The fourteen Six Senses Residences are now available to purchase at The Whiteley London development.
One and two-bedroom branded homes are available for sale with access to the Six Senses hotel amenities. The owners can place their residence into the hotel inventory for up to 90 days a year, offsetting costs and generating income - and earning 60% of the net revenue created from the hotel use.
Designed by AvroKO, each residence is fully furnished, with a curated selection of contemporary furniture providing elegance and comfort.
Six Senses residents can access amenities such as the state-of-the-art fitness studio, an indoor Padel court, 20-metre indoor swimming pool, a steam room, sauna and Six Senses Spa. They will also enjoy a 24-hour concierge, housekeeping and childcare services, and co-working spaces.
Additional amenities are available at Six Senses Place, a social club that includes a central bar and lounge restaurant, private dining rooms, co-working spaces, wellness rooms and Meeting spaces.
