The Aster, the second phase of The Verdean development by Mount Anvil and Catalyst, has just launched.

The Aster comprises 170 new homes, including 42 studios, 91 one-beds and 37 two-bedroom apartments. The building designed by Chapman Taylor is expected to complete by Q1 2026.

Prices start from £375,000 for a studio, £481,000 for a one-bed, and £629,000 for a two-bedroom home.

The first phase of the development, The Oak, was 90% reserved three days after the launch in June 2020.
