Higgins Partnerships has completed 77 affordable homes at The Grange in Newham for Populo Living, Newham Council’s wholly-owned housing company.

One, two and three-bedroom homes are located in two new contemporary mansion blocks designed by Karakusevic Carson and are set around communal gardens with views over the Greenway.

The new affordable homes at The Grange have been let at ‘London Affordable Rent’ levels and are only available to those on the Newham Council’s housing waiting list.

Steve Leakey, Managing Director for Higgins Partnerships commented: “The Grange has been an important development for Higgins. As well as providing much-needed affordable homes for the local community, we have been able to provide training and employment opportunities for local residents, including taking on five Newham apprentices who have been able to start their careers in construction.”
